Starter, Growth and Enterprise run the same receptionist and the same clinic software.
Anything from ₹500 to ₹50,000, whenever you need it. The bonus climbs with the

Everything below, and nothing else. A minute of talk time costs 5 credits and that is the
whole price: anything marked zero is carried by the minute it belongs to, never charged again.
The launch offer. Your first month on Starter is ₹999 instead of ₹1,999,
and on Growth ₹1,999 instead of ₹3,999, each with the plan’s full credits. Every month after
that is the standard price. The offer is time limited; the prices, the 5-credit rate and everything
else stay as they are.
The phone line. Every number costs 300 credits a month, the same whether it is
your first line or your fifth. It comes out of the same allowance, and the talk minutes on each plan
already allow for one line: Starter 340, Growth 800.
About the talk minutes. They assume your credits go only to calls. Credits are
one pool, also spent on chats, WhatsApp, reminders and video, so a clinic using those will talk for
fewer minutes. A call is charged by the minute, and one under 15 seconds costs 3 credits.
If you run out, your patients’ records are never held hostage. Charts,
prescriptions, consents and appointments keep working whatever your balance says. Only the
answering, the messaging and the reminding stop.
Your line never dies. On every plan, running out of credits never costs you your
number. Every call that comes in while you are out shows in your Medigent app as a missed call with
the caller’s number, and the receptionist answers again the moment you top up.
Prices exclude GST. Goods and Services Tax at 18 percent is added at
checkout. A credit always buys one rupee of use; plans simply give you more credits than you pay
for: none extra on Starter, 10% on Growth.
What exactly is a credit?
One credit is one rupee. Your plan brings a fresh allowance every month, and everything the system does for a patient draws from it at the rates in the table above. There is no second currency to learn and no conversion to work out.
Do unused credits carry over?
Yes. Anything you do not spend rolls over for up to 60 days, so a quiet month is not a wasted one. The oldest credits are always spent first, which means the ones you bought earliest are never the ones left to lapse.
What happens if I run out in the middle of the month?
Your line never goes dead, on any plan. The number stays yours and every call still reaches you: until you top up, calls are not answered, and each caller shows in your Medigent app as a missed call with their number so you can ring them back. The receptionist answers again within minutes of a top-up, and nothing is deleted.
Do my patient records stop working too?
No, and that is built into the software rather than promised in a policy. Charts, prescriptions, consent forms and the appointment desk never check your balance at all. Only the answering, messaging and reminding stop.
If credits run out mid-conversation, is the call cut off?
Never. A call already in progress always finishes. If it runs past your balance the shortfall is simply recorded and cleared by your next top-up.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Every price here excludes GST, which is charged at 18 percent at checkout. The credits themselves are face value: 1,000 credits cost ₹1,000 and buy ₹1,000 of use.
What happens to my credits if I stop paying?
They are frozen, not deleted. You have 30 days to renew and pick up exactly where you left off. Your patient records stay open throughout, whether you renew or not.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Both put the same Voice Receptionist on your own number, at the same 5 credits a minute, and both include an AI chatbot on your website and WhatsApp that books appointments, a recording, transcript and summary of every call, and your clinic minisite. Growth brings 10% extra credits every month and adds Google reviews managed by AI, social media ideas and posts made for you with alerts when they are ready, WhatsApp follow-up for missed callers, appointment reminders, e-prescriptions sent straight to the patient's WhatsApp, outbound calling, and connections to any service via Zapier.
Can each doctor have their own phone number?
Yes, on Enterprise. Multiple lines, each with its own receptionist and its own prompt, are configured for you rather than switched on from the dashboard. Write to us and we will set it up.
